After much frustration and back and forth with many people over the last 3 months the extension started on Tuesday 19th April. The builders wasted no time in demolishing the garage and covered area. By the end of Wednesday, the garage was gone and by the end of the week we were down to ground level with all original walls and structure removed, no going back now! During the week we continued to have discussions with the structural engineer and groundworks company, fingers crossed the plans and structure will be finalised in the next few days…
